Consumer Centered Management (CCM) is a system that structures all the activities undertaken by a company, from those related to consumer perspective to those focused on consumer satisfaction. In addition, it evaluates whether all the related business activities are being continuously improved.
CCM contributes to consumer satisfaction by spreading consumer-focused business culture in companies, establishing and reorganizing consumer-related systems to increase company competitiveness and improve consumer rights.
CCM is certified by the Fair Trade Commission and operated by the Korea Consumer Agency. Sunjin introduced CCM on July 1, 2010, in an effort to surpass customer satisfaction and achieve customer delight in all our business activities.
